Our Proposed Programmes

The key areas of focus will include:-

• Facilitating girls education and livelihood skills
• Health education: HIV/AIDs, Reproductive Health and Nutrition
• Finding  appropriate children’s homes for HIV victims
• Counselling, mentoring and reconciliation offered to girls and families/communities.
• Environmental and Energy Conservation,agro forestry and alternative sources of energy
• Livelihood skills centre
• Holiday Home/Safe House up and running as of August 2014

The Organization will be guided by the following:-

• Programme Integration will be holistic in order to achieve higher impact
• Quality standards will ensure effectiveness and efficiency in programmes
• Target Group- the girl child, children with special needs and empowering the woman within the community
• Gender sensitivity by addressing gender issues in a culturally appropriate context
• Participatory involvement of women, children and the community
• Sustainability through ensuring partnerships and resources mobilization
• Resource mobilization through all round harnessing of resources from all spheres
• Partnership by working with relevant ministries, the local communities and value adding partners
• Monitoring and evaluation through assessment of ongoing activities and re-planning
• Mentorship through role modelling
